One important point to consider is that from APRIL 2021, The PE ratios of companies were to be calculated on the basis of consolidated earnings as opposed to Standalone earnings which was the norm previously. I might be wrong.

Thanks for your efforts. Indians must be encouraged to put part of their investment in to stock market. It is becoming easier and very liquid. To make India an industrialized country we 144 crore people have a big role to play. Govts at centre and state level should take full responsibility to educate people what is a must for them if they want to come out of poverty. Giving food free, reserving them jobs even after 77 years of independence should be well thought of. Proper guidance to fight poverty is the best solution by giving them high quality education, health and skills so that not only in India they could work anywhere in the world. Long live India and its visionary/honest leaders.

PE expansion happens when the company has something different to offer . None of these banks like HDFC or Kotak have anything unique . They were unique 10 years ago . All banks have better online portals than these 2 banks . Why should anyone pay higher PE for these two scrips ?

I will say manufacturing is now picking up. Results will come after 2026. But if you expect fast growth like IT in that sector, that wont happen. At the same time IT services will start having demand supply issue as a result that sector will also see unemployment and wage reduction due to too many people approaching IT.

Akshay u are missing a big rational here as Charging setup comes with a bonus for highway dhabas and eateries of increased footfall. As charging takes time fo say about 50mins so mostly user plan there journey accordingly they drive 200+/- km and stop at a dhaba with charging station take a tea/food break charge the car and leave. Charging stations work as incentives for restaurants and dhabas . And 1 charger 22kw comes at a cost of 4lakhs thats it space is not a problem for the dhabas/restaurant at highways. I have driven 30k kms in a year and now don't face range anxiety. I live in teir 3 town.

Thanks for sharing. Please elaborate how to 7nderstand your statement that market can correct 15% anytime and PE wise markets are fairly priced. Does it mean that a contingency fund be created for bottom fishing as this correction will make investment opportunities much attractive?
